Full Stack Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and enhance enterprise applications while contributing to platform modernization initiatives. This role involves building scalable APIs, developing user interfaces, and working within an Agile team to deliver high-quality, performance-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using Java and modern front-end frameworks

Build and enhance RESTful APIs and backend services

Develop front-end components using Angular or similar frameworks

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions

Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint deliverables

Ensure applications meet performance, scalability, and reliability requirements

Implement CI/CD practices and contribute to automation efforts

Mentor junior team members and support team development

Take ownership of tasks and contribute to overall team success

Required Qualifications

Strong experience in Java/J2EE (version 11+) with frameworks such as Spring Boot and Hibernate JPA

Experience with front-end frameworks such as Angular (or similar frameworks like React)

Hands-on experience building RESTful APIs and web services

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Understanding of CI/CD practices and tools

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Spring Batch

Experience with AWS cloud services

Experience mentoring or guiding junior developers
