You'll join a well-capitalized, vertically integrated real estate developer with a strong backlog of suburban multifamily projects. Unlike many firms, they manage their own builds, giving teams consistency, job security, and the ability to see projects through from start to finish.

Job Description

* Support the Superintendent with daily on-site operations

* Coordinate framing, punch-out, and subcontractor activities

* Maintain schedules, daily logs, and site documentation

* Enforce safety, quality, and project standards on site

* Help drive projects from rough-in through closeout

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Superintendent should have:

* 2-5 years of Assistant Superintendent experience

* Background in multifamily or wood-frame construction

* Experience with framing or punch-out phases

* Confident communicator who can hold subs accountable

* Organized, decisive, and comfortable working independently
