Primary Responsibilities

The ITFA software development student will work directly with our software development team on various projects. We leverage Agile and Lean techniques, such as acceptance test-driven development, continuous integration, and story-based iterative development. As an ITFA student, you will learn and be involved in various phases of software development, from requirements definition to production. You will learn from a cross-functional team of analysts, developers, product managers, and testing staff, collectively striving to quickly deliver high-quality, high-value software. We strive to provide value to our customers with each iteration. Other responsibilities may include:

Assist in the design and development of web applications and APIs that allow our business partners and customers to be more efficient and productive.

Participate in design sessions with other Developers, Engineers, Business Analysts, Users and Quality Assurance Analysts.

Work in a collaborative, agile, team environment that leverages the latest stack technologies.

Write SOLID code using test-driven development methodologies.

Execute development tasks in accordance with project timelines.

Develop automated tests in partnership with application development for continuous regression testing.

This is a Hybrid position which requires a drug screen and background check prior to employment.

Salary Range:

$31,200.00 - $62,400.00

*This range reflects base pay only. Incentive earnings, like commissions or bonuses, are not included.
