Job Brief

Kable Workforce Solutions is hiring a Speed Picker for our client. This job is responsible for quickly and accurately picking products in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role requires strong attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to meet daily productivity goals.

What’s a Typical Day Like?

Pick orders accurately using RF scanner or voice pick system

Meet or exceed daily/weekly production and accuracy targets

Maintain a fast pace while ensuring order quality

Properly label and stage completed orders

Follow all safety guidelines and warehouse procedures

Keep work area clean and organized

Assist with inventory counts as needed

What Are the Requirements of the Job?

Previous warehouse or order picking experience preferred

Experience with RF scanner or voice picking is a plus

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability lift up to 50 lbs

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Ability to reach, grasp, hold, push, pull, bend, twist, squat, climb, kneel.

Ability to utilize hand/eye coordination.

Capability to stand for prolonged periods of time

Communication skills
