Now Hiring: Maintenance Technician Lead

Shift/Schedule: 2nd Shift/6pm - 6:30am Alternative Work Schedule

Pay: Base + Shift Differential = $34.50/hour (+ based on experience)

What You’ll Do

Lead and participate in safety, quality, OEE, and cost improvement opportunities and initiatives

Provide team members and internal customers with the tools, parts, certified training, and procedures to be successful

Coordinate system breakdown priorities with production for maintenance team members

Support the Maintenance Planning/Scheduling process with work orders assigning to the maintenance team

Audit the work of the Maintenance team, recognizing good work and coaching improvement opportunities

Manage team member’s time schedules, PTO schedules, and weekend rotation

Lead and participate in various continuous improvement projects and kaizen activities

Support Manufacturing, Technical Services, and Quality by supporting various work requests delivered though the CMMS

What You’ll Need

5+ Years of related experience leading, coaching, and developing individuals and teams

Demonstrated excellent management, collaboration, organizational and leadership skills required

Ability to problem solve and deal with a variety of complex improvement opportunities

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Proficiency using Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

High school diploma or equivalent

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment (stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 30 lbs)

Team-player mindset who shows up on time and ready to work
