* Experience in with Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) hardware.

* Experience working as an engineer, including in manufacturing and test engineering.

* Knowledge of hardware Bill of Materials (BOMs), process documentation, assembly and test processes.

* Ability to communicate project requirements and schedules.

* Excellent leadership, quantitative reasoning, and creative problem-solving skills.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $132,000-$189,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Responsibilities * Lead cross-functional program teams within Google with external partners to prepare for production ramp or product transitions.

* Plan and execute operations development activities and ensure transition to production within cost, quality, and capacity parameters.

* Manage ramp readiness with internal teams as well as external partners (e.g., material availability, cost/assembly/test/capacity readiness and transition plans). * Motivate cross-functional teams to optimize the supply chain for specific reasons, while accounting for risks, changes in schedule, or demand.
