Beverage Sales Merchandiser

Superior Beverage Group is a proud, family-owned company that's been delivering smiles (and beverages!) across Northeastern and Central Ohio since 1922. As a Beverage Sales Merchandiser, you'll be the face of our brand in retail locations, ensuring our products are fresh, well-displayed, and ready to delight customers. You'll work closely with Account Managers and Delivery Drivers to execute merchandising plans and maintain strong relationships with our retail partners.

Schedule

Monday - Friday: Day Shift

Typical Duties:

Build and maintain eye-catching product displays using current promotional materials.

Rotate inventory to ensure freshness and proper shelf placement.

Collaborate with Account Managers and Delivery Drivers to execute sales and merchandising strategies.

Address customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.

Monitor pricing and report discrepancies to the appropriate team members.

Promote a positive company image through excellent service and relationship-building.

Physical stamina to lift and maneuver products regularly.

A commitment to customer service and teamwork.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Previous sales or merchandising experience preferred.

Ability to lift 35-pound cases and maneuver 168-pound kegs.

Familiarity with basic hand tools and equipment dollies.

Strong organizational and time management skills.
