ROLE PURPOSE
The Park Head is responsible for driving revenue, utilization, profitability, and operational excellence of the Experience Park by maximizing park-based business, enabling sales conversion, and building a strong ecosystem of customers and partnerships, with the park being the primary revenue and profitability engine of the business
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Achieve park revenue targets by driving footfall through schools, corporates, and other customer segments.
2. Maximize park profitability by optimizing utilization, controlling program costs, and managing discounting effectively.
3. Build strategic partnerships with school leaders, HR professionals, communities, and local networks to generate consistent business.
4. Lead and develop the team by hiring, mentoring, and enabling them to deliver on revenue and experience goals.
5. Drive repeat business and community building by converting park visitors into long-term customers (birthdays, events, referrals, corporate leads).
6. Ensure strong execution rhythm by conducting daily huddles and weekly/monthly reviews to track performance and improve outcomes.
7. Ensure daily readiness of the park by maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep across all operational zones.
Skills & Qualifications
1. 5+ years experience in business development and operations.
2. Education (Preferably in marketing/travel/sports management)
3. Experience of chasing revenue target/ P&L in Location based entertainment, amusement park, water parks, experiences companies.
Growth & compensation
1. Fixed salary of 10-14 lakh per annum
