The Opportunity

Are you ready to turn your passion for the outdoors into a professional career? The Assistant Territory Manager (ATM) role at Rocksport is a high-octane "hybrid" position designed for those who want to master both business development and outdoor instruction.

This role is the primary stepping stone to becoming a senior Adventure Learning Advisor. You will split your time between strategic school outreach and leading high-energy adventure programs in the field.

What You’ll Do

Strategic Sales: Visit schools to consult with Principals and Management, pitching adventure-based learning as a core part of their curriculum.

Proposal Design: Create bespoke adventure packages tailored to specific school requirements.

Lead the Adventure: Switch gears from the boardroom to the campsite, working as an instructor for city-based and outstation programs (Trekking, Climbing, Camping).

Territory Management: Build and maintain a robust database of schools within your assigned region.

Support & PR: Manage public relations events and provide 24/7 support to clients and your team during active program cycles.

NSDC Certification: Get certified as an Adventure Instructor.

Year 1 Earning Potential: 4+ Lakh.

Who We Are Looking For

We need dynamic, "go-getter" personalities (Aged 18–26) who thrive in a professional yet adventurous work culture.

Education: Any Graduate with strong communication skills.

Technical: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook.

Athleticism: A background in sports or extracurricular activities is a major plus.

Essential Gear: You must own a bike and a laptop (or be willing to acquire them).
