Position: Corporate/M&A Associate (3–6 years)

Salary Range: $205,000 – $375,000

Role Overview

A leading global law firm seeks a Corporate Associate to support M&A, private equity, and complex corporate transactions.

Responsibilities

Represent buyers and sellers in public and private M&A deals

Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, JV agreements, and governance documents

Lead due diligence and transaction management

Advise on corporate governance and strategic business matters

Ideal Background

3–6 years M&A/corporate experience

Private equity experience preferred

Strong drafting & deal management

IL Bar or waiver-eligible
