Project Manager

A well-established, design-focused architecture firm with over four decades of experience is seeking a Project Manager to join its growing team. The firm works across a diverse range of project types including multifamily and mixed-use developments, custom single-family residential, and light commercial projects. Their portfolio spans both urban and suburban environments, with a strong emphasis on thoughtful design and client-focused service.

Project Manager Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture required

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience

Licensed Architect preferred or actively pursuing licensure

Proficiency in Revit required; experience with Photoshop and 3D visualization tools preferred

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Experience with all phases of design and construction administration preferred

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to balance design intent and project constraints

Excellent communication and coordination abilities

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

Working knowledge of wood-frame construction preferred

Role & Responsibilities:

This role offers the opportunity to be involved throughout the full project lifecycle, from early concept through construction administration. The Project Manager will oversee project delivery, coordinate with consultants, and contribute to construction documentation while maintaining project schedules and budgets.
