The firm works across a diverse range of project types including multifamily and mixed-use developments, custom single-family residential, and light commercial projects. Project Manager Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture required
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience
Licensed Architect preferred or actively pursuing licensure
Proficiency in Revit required; experience with Photoshop and 3D visualization tools preferred
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Experience with all phases of design and construction administration preferred
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to balance design intent and project constraints
Excellent communication and coordination abilities
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Working knowledge of wood-frame construction preferred
Role & Responsibilities:
