Program Manager

I’m currently partnering with an innovative space company that designs and manufactures small satellite platforms, enabling customers to successfully deploy and operate missions in orbit. They’re growing quickly and looking to bring in a seasoned Program Manager to lead high-value, technically complex programs.

This is a key leadership role where you’ll be responsible for driving delivery across multiple programs, working closely with engineering, operations, and commercial teams to ensure performance, cost, and schedule targets are met.

What we're looking for:

10+ years of program management experience, with at least half within the aerospace industry

Proven track record managing large, complex programs (contracts >$10M, teams of 15+ people)

Strong people leadership and stakeholder management skills

Experience with financial oversight, budgeting, and program execution

Background in government contracting

Technical degree in Aerospace Engineering, Physics, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (MBA is a strong plus)

Military background and/or active security clearance highly advantageous

Must be a US Citizen

This role is fully onsite in Boulder, CO
