We are hiring Skilled Form Carpenters to join a long-term, mission critical construction project in Lancaster, Texas.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Build and set concrete forms to exact specifications

• Measure, cut, and assemble materials with precision

• Work alongside a strong crew and experienced leadership

• Maintain high productivity and quality standards on-site

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of form carpentry experience

• Ability to read plans and work independently

• Own tools and reliable transportation

• Valid driver’s license

• Able to pass background check and drug screening
