Responsibilities:

Operate CNC equipment including laser cutters, press brakes, and other shop machinery

Read blueprints and follow specifications to cut, drill, and shape steel materials

Support material handling, including loading/unloading and maintaining inventory levels

Ensure quality, accuracy, and adherence to safety standards across all operations

Qualifications:

CNC machine operator experience required

Experience working with laser cutters, press brakes, or similar equipment

Ability to read blueprints and operate basic computer systems

Ability to work in a physical, fast-paced manufacturing environment

Position Details:

Location: Springdale, OH

Setting: 100% onsite

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM (OT on Fridays/Saturdays as needed)

Pay: $18–$22/hour
