Pay: 19 - 20/hr Shift: Mon-Thurs 5am to 3:30pm, optional Friday OT

PDS Tech Commercial is partnered with a well-established manufacturing company in Spring City, PA, and we’re looking for motivated individuals with 1–2 years of machining or machine operation experience who are ready to grow in a supportive, hands-on production environment.

As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be an essential part of the production team, helping create high-quality components that power industrial operations. Your attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and commitment to safety will directly impact product quality and production efficiency. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Operate CNC production equipment safely and efficiently

Use drawings, work instructions, and production documentation to execute jobs accurately

Set up machines for different product runs, including tooling adjustments

Monitor operations and make minor offset changes to maintain precision

Load raw materials and unload finished parts to ensure smooth workflow

Perform basic finishing tasks such as deburring

Conduct in-process quality inspections using measuring tools

Maintain equipment cleanliness and assist with routine maintenance

Keep a clean, organized, and safety-focused workspace

What Makes You a Strong Fit

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

1–2 years of machining or machine operation experience in a manufacturing setting

Experience using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability

Ability to follow safety procedures and standard operating practices

Willingness to learn and grow, including operating multiple machines

Preferred Qualifications

Experience setting up CNC machines and making tooling adjustments

Exposure to high-volume production environments

Interest in advancing machining skills and taking on additional responsibilities

Pay Details: 19.00 to 20.00 per hour
