Estella is looking for dynamic, experienced individuals who have a strong, high-volume background. Our organization is growing, with 2+ new concepts opening annually. Qualifications

3+ years of FOH supervisor or manager experience

Outstanding communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Availability to work onsite with a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

Provide quality guest experience by managing all areas of the daily operation

Hiring and training of employees specific to your department

Work closely with the procurement manager on purchases and inventory

Create innovative ideas and contribute to the ongoing evolution of the program

Weekly 1 on 1 meeting to review Prime with the Food & Beverage Director

Creates marketing opportunities through outreach and event opportunities

Monitors the venues beverage policies and procedures
