Desktop Engineer

Role – End Point Engineer Location – Palo Alto, CA (Onsite) Duration- Long term contract End point engineers who can help roll out Claude and cowork across the org.

These must be from IT support background who can interface with Clients, be patient and communicate well with multiple stakeholders, help set-up s/w images in devices, triage, debug and fix issues on end-points.

Skills needed here are : knowledge on enabling AI tools - Claude, Glean, and Jamf on VMs on different devices like Macbooks, laptops.

Can use AI coding tools and and have a good understanding of MCP concepts.
