Client Service Associate

Jackson, MS $45,000–$55,000

Service Specialists recruiting agency is partnering with a well-established, relationship-driven financial services firm in Jackson seeking a highly organized and client-focused Client Service Associate. This individual will play a key role in supporting advisors and ensuring a seamless, high-touch client experience. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and enjoys being the backbone of a team.

What You’ll Do

Serve as a primary support partner to advisors and the client services team

Open and maintain client accounts (advisory, brokerage, insurance, etc.)

Process account updates including beneficiary changes, contact updates, and general maintenance

Assist with client transactions such as distributions, deposits, wires, and ACH requests

Support Required Minimum Distributions and systematic account setups

Monitor custodial alerts and resolve account issues (NIGO items)

Communicate trading-related requests to internal teams

Prepare and send client correspondence with accuracy and professionalism

Maintain detailed client records across systems (Salesforce, Orion, Egnyte, etc.)

Assist with scheduling, client meetings, and general office operations

Track, document, and follow up on client and internal requests

Contribute to process improvements and overall operational efficiency

Problem-solver who can think critically and proactively

Comfortable learning and using multiple systems and technologies

Preferred Background

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience)

2–3+ years of experience in a professional office or financial services environment

Experience with tools such as Salesforce, Orion, or similar platforms is a plus
