Job Description
We are seeking an Entry Level Assistant Manager Of Marketing and Distribution to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating your activities as well as that of the team you help build.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and Motivate your team members
Market Services to both Clients and potential Clients on site and remotely
Build and Train team members once qualified and licensed
Track weekly/monthly for improving success of the team, Accountability
Attend 1-2 weekly training meetings @ Kokomo Office
Work Remotely
Training is provided both remotely and in person, attend a class and pass a state test to be licensed
You determine your promotions and pay raised, by meeting set guidelines
Access to computer, tablet or cellphone with internet access
Qualifications:
Ability to pass a back ground check
Willingness to receive training and licensing required by the state of Indiana, majority is subsidized
Ability to remain coach-able
Excellent communication skills
Strong leadership qualities
Self-Motivated and Ability to Motivate others on your team
Willingness to seek promotions and raises at your pace
