Manufacturing Project Engineer

We are a food production facility in Tennessee backed by over 25 years of expertise from our parent company. We're growing fast and looking for a hands-on Manufacturing Project Engineer to help us build something great.

In this role, you'll lead capital projects, drive process improvements, and work closely with operations, quality, and maintenance to keep our facility running at its best.

What you'll do

Manage engineering projects from concept through commissioning

Identify and implement process improvements across production lines

Partner with maintenance, quality, and operations teams daily

Support equipment installation, troubleshooting, and optimization

Ensure compliance with food safety, GMP, and safety standards

What we're looking for

BS in Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering field

3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment

Food or beverage industry experience a strong plus

Strong project management and communication skills

Comfortable working on the floor - not just behind a desk

Benefits

Annual Salary: $80,000 - $105,000 (based on experience)
