We are seeking an experienced Extrusion Operator to join a stable, expanding manufacturing company that values quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement. In this hands-on role, you will set up, operate, and troubleshoot extrusion equipment to produce high-quality materials while working in a supportive, safety-focused environment.

Set up and operate extrusion machines to meet production specifications
Monitor equipment performance and make adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency
Accurately weigh, measure, and mix colorants and materials using scales
Inspect materials and finished products for defects or quality concerns
Troubleshoot extrusion equipment and resolve mechanical issues
Use hand tools for setup, adjustments, and minor maintenance
Perform basic math calculations (multiplication and division, calculator permitted)
Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures
Work closely with supervisors and teammates to keep production running smoothlyWhat We’re Looking For
Hands-on experience setting up and operating extrusion machines
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Ability to accurately read scales and measure materials
Experience using hand tools in a manufacturing environment
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Basic math skills for measurements and machine settings
Dependable attendance and strong work ethicNice to Have
General manufacturing or production experience
Experience with other types of machine operation or setup
Comfortable working directly with production supervisorsSchedule Options:
Monday–Friday: 6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
OR
12 Hour Shifts (5:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.)
Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Wednesday
Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and every other Wednesday

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Loveland, CO.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
