Litigation Associate (4–6 Years) – Complex Commercial Litigation (Oklahoma City)

Direct Counsel represents a well-regarded national law firm seeking a Litigation Associate to join its Oklahoma City office. This is a strong opportunity to work on complex commercial disputes within a fast-paced, collaborative litigation team.

What You’ll Do:

Handle all phases of complex commercial litigation, from pleadings through trial preparation

Conduct legal research, draft motions, and develop case strategy

Participate in depositions, hearings, and courtroom proceedings

Collaborate with team members to manage cases efficiently and meet deadlines

What We’re Looking For:

4–6 years of commercial litigation experience

Strong research, writing, and analytical skills

Experience with depositions and courtroom work preferred

Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment

Experience at a large or boutique law firm preferred

Exposure to oil & gas matters is a plus

J.D. and active Oklahoma Bar admission required
