What You’ll Do:
• Lead daily restaurant operations with a focus on guest satisfaction and team performance
• Drive a high-energy, high-volume environment while maintaining quality and consistency
• Coach, train, and develop team members to build a strong, service-driven culture
• Manage scheduling, labor, and operational standards
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and brand execution at all times
• Support staffing, onboarding, and retention initiatives
• Maintain strong floor presence and hands-on leadership style
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience in a high-volume restaurant environment
• Restaurant Manager / Assistant GM / FOH Manager experience preferred
• Strong tenure and track record of team leadership
• Hands-on leader with a passion for hospitality
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-traffic environment
• Local to Greenville area or open to short commute
Compensation:
Salary + bonus up to $70K+ (flexible for the right candidate)
