Maintenance Supervisor

Key Duties:

1. Completes regular inspections of resident sites throughout the resort.

2. Assists with maintenance issues regarding villas as directed.

3. Oversee electrical and HVAC systems.

4. Prepares all maintenance-related logs.

5. Coordinates and ensures completion of routine maintenance and minor emergency repairs.

Qualifications and Experience:

1-3 years work experience in a supervisory role.

Must possess minimum of an Associates degree in Electrical & Mechanical Engineering

Valid driver's license
