Maintenance Support Labor / General Labor

Location: Fairbanks / Fort Wainwright, AK

Employer: TDL Staffing

Schedule: Full-Time Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM (Overtime as needed)

Pay: Starting at $20/hour DOE

TDL Staffing is seeking dependable Maintenance Support Labor / General Labor workers to assist maintenance teams at a large residential housing community in Fairbanks / Fort Wainwright. This position is primarily focused on snow removal and winter grounds support, making it a great fit for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and working outdoors in winter conditions.

Plow experience is helpful but not required. Training may be available for reliable candidates who are ready to work.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform snow removal from sidewalks, entryways, and common areas

Assist with plowing operations (experience is a plus)

Remove ice and apply de-icing materials as needed

Support winter grounds maintenance and cleanup

Assist maintenance teams with general labor tasks

Transport tools, equipment, and materials throughout the property

Help with debris removal and seasonal cleanup

Assist with community event setup and teardown as needed

Minimum Requirements:

Valid driver’s license, insurance, and vehicle registration

Ability to obtain post/base access

Ability to work outdoors in cold, snowy conditions

Physically able to perform labor-intensive tasks

Background screening is part of the hiring process
