Creative Content and Growth Strategist

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a high-performing Creative Strategist to drive content innovation, campaign execution, and brand growth for a fast-growing personal brand in the relationship space.

This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who understands audience psychology and can turn content into engagement, influence, and revenue.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop high-converting content ideas (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)

Improve hooks, storytelling, and engagement structure

Translate real-life relationship scenarios into compelling content

Plan and execute campaigns (Books, Counseling, Paid Community)

Identify growth and monetization opportunities

Optimize content-to-sales funnel

Track trends and adapt them to the niche

IDEAL CANDIDATE

Experience in content strategy, digital marketing, or social growth

Strong idea generation and creative thinking ability

Deep understanding of viral content dynamics

Knowledge of audience behavior and sales psychology

Proactive and able to work independently

Experience with personal brands is a plus
