Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Calgary, AB, for a Project Planner & Scheduler. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and monitoring project schedules, coordinating timelines with team members, and ensuring adherence to project goals and deadlines. The role also includes contributing to project control processes, analyzing project data and performance, and preparing reports to inform stakeholders of progress. Effective communication with internal teams and external partners will be a key component of this position.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Planning & Scheduling, with strong time management and organizational skills

Solid Analytical Skills and experience in evaluating project data and identifying trends

Competence in Planning and Project Control to ensure proper execution and monitoring of activities

Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective team collaboration and stakeholder engagement

Proficiency in relevant scheduling software (e.g., MS Project or Primavera) is an asset

Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred

Prior experience in the oil and gas industry or technology development projects is an advantage

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Project Management, or related field

2–5+ years experience in project planning/scheduling (construction or oil & gas preferred)
