Mandatory skills –

• Experience of AWS services (Step functions\ AWS Lambda\ S3\ IAM\ EC2\ Rest APIs \ Kafka and other AWS cloud services

• Any one of Java \ Spring boot\ C++ \ C

• Knowledge of Python\ Pyspark

• Any one of RDMS SQL technologies; SQL\PostgreSQL\Oracle

• Knowledge of any ETL tools

• Awareness on any job scheduling platform like Control M / Autosys

Minimum years of experience needed in the required skills- 5-8 years

Complete job description –

• Support the Production and Operations support function for critical applications aligned to a line of business.

• Perform in-depth log analysis to identify and diagnose issues in production systems

• Utilize monitoring tools like Splunk/DataDog, Zipkin, AppDynamics, CloudWatch etc. to quickly zero-in on application and infrastructure issues

• Collaborate with development teams by providing technical findings from Production incidents and assist in determining the root cause and resolution

• Look for areas of improvement in monitoring, application stability, and speed of determining root causes

• Identify opportunities for automation and be a relentless champion to reduce manual and repetitive tasks

• Ensure quality and timely communication is maintained with business and technology stakeholders on critical issues
