Description
The Project Engineer will be responsible for:
Ensuring all projects are built according to drawings and specifications
Managing the distribution and coordination of RFIs, submittals, and change orders
Ensuring all material orders are properly executed
Maintaining daily project documentation and paperwork
Tracking project schedules and meeting key deadlines
Maintaining workflow and strong relationships with subcontractors
Organizing and maintaining field documents (drawings, specifications, etc.)
Coordinating subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle
Actively participating in company training sessions
Ensuring site superintendents maintain clean and safe job sites
Profile
The Successful Project Engineering Applicant will have:
A degree in Construction Management or a related field
At least 1+ year of experience working for a General Contractor
Experience working on projects in occupied spaces (preferred)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A strong desire to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibility
Job Offer

Base Salary: $75,000-$90,000 - based on experience
