Description
The Project Manager will be responsible for:
Collaborating with the project team during preconstruction and construction to develop and maintain project schedules
Managing permitting requirements and coordinating all required inspections
Leading subcontractor onboarding, buyout, and contract negotiations
Coordinating with preconstruction, design teams, and trade partners to support BIM efforts and resolve design conflicts
Providing consistent project updates on schedule, budget, quality, and safety to clients and leadership
Leading weekly OAC meetings and distributing project documentation to stakeholders
Coordinating weekly meetings with subcontractors and vendors to maintain alignment
Preparing monthly invoices and managing documentation to ensure timely payments
Managing scope changes, including cost, schedule, and documentation tracking
Overseeing quality control and supporting project closeout through punch list completion
Partnering with field teams to enforce project safety plans
Supporting documentation of scope and ensuring alignment with contract requirements
Assisting in subcontractor and vendor selection
Maintaining version control of construction documents
Supporting phasing plans aligned with project schedules and budgets
Assisting with business development efforts and client engagement
Profile
The Project Manager will have:
Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2+ years of project management experience
Experience with light industrial, warehouse, or manufacturing projects
Tilt-wall construction experience is a plus
Leadership experience managing teams and client relationships
Strong understanding of construction processes and project coordination
Experience with estimating, change orders, and pay applications
Familiarity with negotiated work and cost-plus project delivery
Experience with tools such as MS Project and Procore
Understanding of CPM scheduling and project planning
Strong communication and organizational skills
Motivation to grow within the company and take on increasing responsibility
Job Offer
The Project Manager will be offered:
$110,000 - $130,000 base salary
12.5% bonus
