Job Title: Senior .NET Programmer/ Developer
Location: Columbus, Ohio (Hybrid – Onsite every 3rd day)

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior .NET Developer to support application development initiatives. The selected candidate will work in an Agile environment and be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting enterprise-level applications, including modernization of legacy systems into .NET-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders in an Agile environment
Perform requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment
Develop and maintain applications using C#, ASP.NET Core MVC, and Web APIs
Rewrite and modernize legacy applications into .NET Core / .NET 5/6/8 frameworks
Design and implement N-tier architecture-based solutions
Develop and optimize SQL Server databases
Build and maintain RESTful APIs and web services
Provide production support and troubleshooting
Ensure applications comply with ODPS coding standards
Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance
Required Skills & Experience
10 years of experience in .NET Web Development
Strong expertise in:
C# and ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core MVC
SQL Server (database design & development)
Entity Framework (EF)
Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and WCF
N-tier architecture
5 years of experience in:
Agile development methodology
RESTful API development
Azure DevOps / TFS (Git, Boards, CI/CD)
AJAX in ASP.NET applications
SSRS reporting in MVC applications
Mobile-responsive application development
Visual Studio (2019 or later)
2 years of experience in:
.NET Core / .NET 5/6/8
Microservices architecture
Test Driven Development (TDD) or testing strategies
Required Soft Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Leadership and mentoring capabilities
Ability to work independently and within a team
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to collaborate across business and technical teams
Additional Requirements
Must be willing and able to attend in-person interviews in Columbus, OH (mandatory)
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Candidate must be currently located in the U.S.
