Our client, a leading organization in the energy sector, is seeking a Program Manager Supply Chain to join their team.

As a Program Manager Supply Chain, you will be part of the Supply Chain and Process Intelligence department supporting cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Program Manager Supply Chain **Location:** Columbus, Ohio Pay Range: $83- $85 on hourly **What's the Job?** + Lead the development and execution of strategic supply chain initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

+ Coordinate with senior leadership to communicate program status, risks, and opportunities effectively.

+ Manage cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

+ Maintain comprehensive program artifacts including charters, roadmaps, and risk registers.

+ Oversee resource planning, vendor relationships, and contractual negotiations to align with organizational goals.

**What's Needed?** + 7+ years of experience in program or senior project management within complex technology environments.

+ Proven success in communicating with senior leadership and driving alignment across multiple business units.

+ Strong financial acumen, including experience with forecasting, EAC, and executive financial reporting.

+ Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and presentation skills.

+ Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field; PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification preferred.
