We manufacture high-performance composite and thermoset components for automotive, aviation, and aerospace innovators. From our climate-controlled Northbrook facility, we deliver the precision and reliability their missions demand.Your Impact
Set up and operate CNC mills/lathes per work orders and specifications.
Read and comprehend blueprints, technical drawings, and job instructions.
Load raw materials, confirm tooling, and verify machine functionality.
Monitor operations, make real-time adjustments, and complete routine maintenance.
Troubleshoot deviations or safety issues with your shift supervisor.Quality & Safety You Can Trust
Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision tools.
Maintain rigorous FOD control for aerospace-grade work.
Follow strict protocols for composite dust collection, PPE, and guarding.
Document production and quality data for full traceability.Relentless Improvement
Work with Engineering and Quality on new product introductions.
Keep pace with new methods in composite machining and aerospace manufacturing.
Cut cycle times, extend tool life, and reduce material waste.What You Bring
1–3 years operating CNC machines (required).
High school diploma or equivalent; machining technical training/certification preferred.
Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings and schematics.
Strong knowledge of precision metrology and inspection techniques.
Detail orientation, quality focus, and a safety-first mindset.
Sound math ability and practical problem-solving skills.Growth, Pay, and Benefits
Hourly pay: $20.00–$29.00 (commensurate with experience)

Work in a climate-controlled shop with advanced CNC technology. The role involves standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working around shop noise and composite dust (PPE provided). Some shift coverage flexibility may be needed.
