Inserter Machine Operator Details:

Location: Parma, OH 44130

Pay Rate: $22.17/hr

Schedule: Sunday night - Friday morning 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Shift: 3rd Shift (Overnight)

Dress Code: Business Casual

Inserter Machine Operator Responsibilities:

Operate high-speed inserter machines in a production environment

Load materials, clear machine jams, unload, and tray inserted mail pieces

Perform high-volume mail production, fulfillment, and quality control tasks

Read and follow job tickets, work orders, and production instructions

Refill paper and supplies; perform basic machine troubleshooting

Maintain steady workflow while meeting productivity and quality standards

Complete required production logs and documentation accurately

Keep work areas clean, organized, and professional

Maintain dependable attendance and work assigned schedules, including overtime when requiredInserter Machine Operator Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required

Prior machine operator, warehouse, or production experience preferred

Ability to stand and walk for the full shift in a warehouse environment

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform bending, twisting, and repetitive motions

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, overnight production setting

Ability to read, write, and communicate fluently in English

Basic computer skills (training provided)

Strong attention to detail, reliability, and work ethic

Proven job stability and dependable attendance
