This is a 2nd Shift operations manager role with a focus on starting up and developing a second shift team. You will have full responsibility for the plant on 2nd shift.

Strong leadership of food processing and packaging operations
Ability to develop people, process, and systems xywuqvp
Strong engagement of people with an out on the floor presence
Track record of getting results with KPI's and CI tools
Desire to learn and grow in your career
