Job Description

We’re looking for someone who can take full ownership of our warehouse, inventory, and mover operations. This is not a sit-back-and-manage role—you’ll be hands-on daily, leading the team, protecting our inventory, and making sure every stage leaves the warehouse clean, complete, and on time.

What You’ll Own

You are the gatekeeper of everything we own and move. If it’s in the warehouse or on a truck, it runs through you.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management (Your #1 Priority):

Own and maintain the inventory management system (accuracy is non-negotiable)

Track all furniture

Conduct routine inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies

Monitor condition of all items and pull anything damaged or worn

Tag, organize, and store items so the team can move quickly and efficiently

Furniture Repair & Maintenance:

Perform basic repairs (tightening, fixing, touch-ups, cleaning, etc.)

Keep inventory stage-ready at all times (no junk leaving the warehouse)

Warehouse Operations:

Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and efficient

Utilize daily pull lists for staging jobs

Ensure all items are prepped, packed, and ready for daily installs

Create systems that make the team faster and more consistent

Mover Team Leadership:

Oversee daily mover operations and staging logistics

Lead by example—you will be moving, loading, unloading, and staging alongside the team

Ensure trucks are properly loaded, secured, and routed efficiently

Train movers on proper handling, setup standards, and expectations

Hold the team accountable to timelines, care of inventory, and professionalism

Purchasing & Restocking:

Monitor inventory levels and identify gaps

Order warehouse supplies as needed

Be cost-conscious while maintaining quality and brand standards

What We’re Looking For

Strong leadership—you can run a team and earn respect quickly

Highly organized—you don’t lose things, and neither will we

Hands-on mindset—you’re not afraid to get dirty and lift heavy items

Problem solver—you fix issues without waiting to be told

Detail-oriented—you notice when something is off and correct it

Comfortable with systems/tech (inventory tracking, basic software, etc.)

Experience in warehouse management, moving/logistics, or staging is a big plus

Physical Requirements

Able to lift 75–100 lbs (team lift)

Comfortable being on your feet most of the day

Able to load/unload trucks and move furniture regularly

Able to drive 17' box truck daily

Schedule

Full-time

Monday–Friday, typically 9–5 (with occasional longer days based on installs)

Why This Role Matters

This role directly impacts how polished our stages look, how efficient our installs run, and how much money we make. When this position is run well, everything flows. When it’s not, everything feels it.

We’re looking for someone who wants to take pride in building a tight, clean, dialed-in operation—and run it like it’s their own.Company Description

We are a home staging company specializing in vacant staging, transforming empty properties into beautifully furnished and inviting spaces.
