Job Description
We’re looking for someone who can take full ownership of our warehouse, inventory, and mover operations. This is not a sit-back-and-manage role—you’ll be hands-on daily, leading the team, protecting our inventory, and making sure every stage leaves the warehouse clean, complete, and on time.

Track all furniture
Conduct routine inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies
Monitor condition of all items and pull anything damaged or worn
Tag, organize, and store items so the team can move quickly and efficiently
Furniture Repair & Maintenance:
Perform basic repairs (tightening, fixing, touch-ups, cleaning, etc.)
Keep inventory stage-ready at all times (no junk leaving the warehouse)
Warehouse Operations:
Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and efficient
Utilize daily pull lists for staging jobs
Ensure all items are prepped, packed, and ready for daily installs
Create systems that make the team faster and more consistent
Mover Team Leadership:
Oversee daily mover operations and staging logistics
Lead by example—you will be moving, loading, unloading, and staging alongside the team
Ensure trucks are properly loaded, secured, and routed efficiently
Train movers on proper handling, setup standards, and expectations
Hold the team accountable to timelines, care of inventory, and professionalism
Purchasing & Restocking:
Monitor inventory levels and identify gaps
Order warehouse supplies as needed
Be cost-conscious while maintaining quality and brand standards
What We’re Looking For
Strong leadership—you can run a team and earn respect quickly
Highly organized—you don’t lose things, and neither will we
Hands-on mindset—you’re not afraid to get dirty and lift heavy items
Problem solver—you fix issues without waiting to be told
Detail-oriented—you notice when something is off and correct it
Comfortable with systems/tech (inventory tracking, basic software, etc.)
Experience in warehouse management, moving/logistics, or staging is a big plus
Physical Requirements
Able to lift 75–100 lbs (team lift)
Comfortable being on your feet most of the day
Able to load/unload trucks and move furniture regularly
Able to drive 17' box truck daily
Schedule
Full-time
Monday–Friday, typically 9–5 (with occasional longer days based on installs)
