Job Description
The Breakfast Cook is responsible for preparing breakfast items from a fixed small menu, with a particular emphasis on cooking eggs to order. Working within a small kitchen team of 2-3, the cook will adhere to recipes and cleaning procedures while managing time effectively to meet peak hours during early morning and brunch. Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential to ensure smooth kitchen operation using standard kitchen equipment such as stoves, griddles, grills, fryers, and dish machines.
Responsibilities
Prepare all breakfast menu items following established recipes
Cook eggs to order with consistency and quality
Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
Clean kitchen and equipment according to procedures
Manage time effectively during peak morning and brunch hours
Operate standard kitchen equipment including stove, oven, griddles, grills, fryers, and dish machines
Maintain quality control and safety compliance throughout food preparation
Show reliability by arriving promptly for scheduled shifts
Preferred Qualifications
