Job Posting – Warehouse Operator (2 Openings)

Location: Four Oaks, NC (on-site)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:00 PM (40 hours/week)

Pay Rate: $18.00/hour (W2)

Job Type: Temporary, Full-Time

Interview: On-site interview required

Conversion: Possibility of conversion based on performance and business need

Position Overview

We’re hiring a Warehouse Operator to support day-to-day warehouse material handling and movement of product. You’ll operate equipment and follow established SOPs to ensure safe, accurate, and efficient workflow in a metrics-driven environment.

What You’ll Do

Operate material-handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, power trucks, and sit-down slip sheet equipment

Move materials, parts, assemblies, and finished goods within the warehouse

Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality standards

Communicate effectively with teammates and supervisors

Support general warehouse tasks as assigned in your work area

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent

0–1 year of warehouse or related experience (entry-level candidates welcome)

Ability to read/write/comprehend English and perform basic math

Basic computer skills

Ability to obtain/maintain required site training/certifications as needed

Physical Requirements

Regular walking, standing, bending/stooping, kneeling, reaching, pushing/pulling, twisting, grasping, and repetitive hand use

May lift/move items 50+ lbs

Work may be near moving equipment

Pre-Employment Screening (Required)

Background check

10-panel drug test (must be cleared before starting)

(Start may be possible pending background, but drug test must be cleared prior to start)
