Key Responsibilities
Assist in operating the aluminum dip brazing process, a critical step in manufacturing aerospace-grade components
Operate and monitor equipment, including FANUC robots and Positech hoists (training provided)
Monitor salt bath chemical levels and perform routine weekly maintenance checks
Troubleshoot process issues during production to minimize downtime
Review production data to ensure quality standards are consistently met
Produce and process parts according to daily production goals
Follow strict safety protocols and properly use required PPE (face shield, gloves, apron, etc.)
Participate in training, team meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or related environment preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in industrial processes
Ability to follow detailed procedures and technical instructions
High attention to detail and commitment to safety
Comfortable working in environments involving heat and chemicals (PPE provided)
Reliable, punctual, and able to work a consistent weekend schedule
