Industrial Maintenance Technician

Job Description

NCW is looking for Electricians and Mechanical maintenance techs working on an active copper mine fully permitted through 2039.

Essential Requirements (non-negotiable)

Electrical Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Maintain, diagnose, and repair industrial electrical equipment, including AC motors, power distribution systems, substation maintenance, etc.

Preventive Maintenance: Execute scheduled preventive maintenance to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.

Troubleshooting and maintenance are key here. Electricians with only new construction electrical experience are NOT qualified. Electricians with only residential experience are NOT qualified

Experience in order of preference:

Open pit mining experience (Processing/Plant side) we do not have drag lines in the pit.

Heavy duty industrial experience (steel mills etc.)

Commercial experience (maintenance and troubleshooting existing operations, NOT new construction)
