Mechanical Systems Assembly Technician (Hydraulics/Pneumatics)

Stage and position machine bases and sub assemblies for final assembly, coordinating floor space and schedules across departments.

Set bases to print; move and place materials using cranes and other handling equipment.

Assemble complete machines from sub assemblies using hand tools and engineering drawings.

Collaborate with engineers to resolve build challenges as they arise.

Troubleshoot equipment at multiple build stages to uncover unforeseen issues while maintaining a strong safety mindset.

Assist with hydraulic installs: bend piping and tubing, make hoses, identify fittings, and complete threading on black piping.

Support Engineering and Sales during customer run offs; disassemble and load completed equipment for shipment. What it takes

Education/Experience: High School diploma or GED and five–ten years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Required:

3+ years manufacturing experience

Hands on industrial machine/part building background

Blueprint literacy

Accurate measuring skills

Preferred:

Strong prior hydraulic and pneumatic exposure

Welding experience

Machine maintenance and repair experience Technical proficiencies
