We’re expanding our Nashville market and looking for hungry outside sales professionals who are on the way up — people who want to build a career, not just collect a paycheck.
This is a true hunter role focused on new business development, not account management.
What You'll Do
This position is about creating opportunity, not waiting for it.
Prospect businesses in your territory (in-person and outbound)
Generate new leads and set appointments
Deliver sales presentations to business owners and decision makers
Close new accounts for bottle-less water and ice systems
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Continuously sharpen your talk track and sales approach
Our best reps treat every day like game day.
Earnings Potential
Year 1 On Plan: $100,000 – $120,000
Year 2 On Plan: $120,000 – $150,000
Year 3+: $150,000+ (uncapped)
With bonuses and incentives, top performers can vastly exceed these numbers.
Currently, 40% of our salesforce earns over $150,000 per year.
