Core Responsibility:

· Perform MIG welding on structural plate and components

· Lay out, fit, and weld components per fabrication drawings

· Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and weld symbols

· Operate welding equipment and fabrication tools (plasma cutters, press brake, etc.)

· Measure, cut, bend, and assemble materials to specifications

· Use precision tools (tape measure, calipers, micrometers)

· Inspect welds for quality and troubleshoot issues as needed

· Maintain a safe and clean work environmentRequirements:

Requirements

· HS Diploma or equivalent

· 2–3 years MIG welding experience (structural/plate preferred)

· Fabrication/manufacturing experience

· Ability to read blueprints and use power tools

· Able to lift 50 lbs

· Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills

· Reliable transportation
