• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing or communications

• Previous in-house or external agency experience and/or 3 years of proven ability in successfully managing multiple competing projects

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Must be highly organized and has a keen eye to details

Job Summary:

The Marketing Traffic Coordinator will work within the Central Marketing Department to help with the coordination and flow of various projects across various teams within Marketing. They schedule and track the status of multiple marketing projects, keeping teams ahead of deadlines and tracking any problems that arise. The ideal candidate will work to ensure the smooth operation of marketing campaigns and initiatives by helping project teams stay on task. This person must be a highly organized individual with meticulous attention to detail who can track multiple projects at once and facilitate communication between multiple functional areas within marketing.


• Review, analyze, seek clarity as needed, prioritize and assign project and ad-hoc requests to appropriate team members via project management tool

• Schedule kick-off meetings for new projects as needed based on complexity and size of requests

• Complete project setup including tasks, resources, and durations based on established schedule templates

• Work with task owners to ensure tasks are completed according to schedule and project management tool is updated accordingly

• Work with team to mitigate project delays by understanding issues and working to resolve

• Create and maintain meaningful views of project status and progress including status reports and calendar views using project management tool

• Recommend process improvement and training opportunities based on project requests received, as well as identify missing information from project requests

• Recommend automation opportunities based on learnings from cross functional teams and project management tool features and functionality

• Work closely with the Account Manager to ensure projects are entered accurately in our project management software

• Assist reviewing Project Requests to ensure all necessary information is there to begin a job

• Develop expertise of in-house project management tool features and functionality

• Assist monitoring and tracking all creative briefs and marketing requests

• Adjust project schedules as necessary

• Advise Account Manager on any issues, challenges, or concerns
