Description
The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for:
Leading all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
Managing project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
Coordinating with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders
Conducting site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety
Identifying and mitigating project risks and implementing solutions
Preparing and presenting project updates to leadership and clients
Ensuring compliance with all applicable building codes and regulations
Negotiating contracts with subcontractors and vendors
Mentoring and developing project managers and project engineers
Facilitating communication across all project stakeholders
Overseeing quality control and ensuring high standards of execution
Managing project documentation including contracts, RFIs, and change orders
Coordinating project closeout and client turnover
Profile
The Senior Project Manager will have:
Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field
Proven experience managing large-scale commercial or multifamily projects
Strong understanding of construction processes, codes, and regulations
Leadership experience managing teams and mentoring junior staff
Experience with budgeting, cost control, and financial forecasting
Proficiency with tools such as Procore, Primavera P6, or similar
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Experience with contract negotiation and subcontractor management
Commitment to maintaining a strong safety culture
PMP or similar certification is a plus
Job Offer
The Senior Project Manager will be offered:
$130,000 - $150,000 base salary depending on experience
Bonus typically ranging from $15,000 - $20,000 in year one
