The Community Marketing team unifies and amplifies financial health initiatives that build trust in communities, empower consumers, and strengthen relationships with Chase customers.
As a Digital Lead in Consumer Bank, you will be responsible for transforming in-person financial health workshop curriculum and worksheets into digital-first, modular learning assets that power our content hub and enable scalable distribution across channels—while ensuring content fidelity and optimal learner outcomes. You will work closely with the Chase Money Skills Website/AI Activation team and serve as a second pair of eyes over channel producers, with a strong focus on digital design. Ideal candidates will have a background in graphic and video design, as well as digital learning design.
Job responsibilities
Translate workshop content into hub modules, interactive resources, and reusable building blocks (e.g., worksheets, guides, infographics, videos, etc.).
Partner with the workshop recertification team to ensure digitized content remains accurate, up-to-date, and consistent with certified curriculum.
Collaborate with creators and producers to turn workshop content into short-form and long-form video assets, infographics, worksheets and toolkits.
Work with Site/AI activation partners to ensure content is structured for web publishing.
Use performance insights and feedback to refine modules for clarity and engagement.
Provide digital design guidance and quality assurance for channel producers, ensuring all assets meet brand and learning standards.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
5+ years in digital design, curriculum design, learning experience design, content strategy, or digital education production
Experience translating live/in-person content into digital, self-serve learning experiences
Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple workstreams and dependencies
Familiarity working with governed content and approval processes
Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Proven background in graphic and video design, with a portfolio of digital learning assets
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
Instructional design, content modularization, audience adaptation
Digital design (graphic/video), asset QA, and content review
Strong writing/editing and content QA
Cross-functional collaboration with site/product and publishing ops
Ability to mentor and provide feedback to channel producers
