Job Description
The Working Plumbing Foreman oversees small teams of 1-5 plumbers on commercial and industrial plumbing projects, ensuring quality and safety standards are met. This role requires strong project planning, material management, and accurate reporting to the Project Manager, with occasional regional travel. As a member of Local 693 Plumbers & Pipefitters Union, the foreman plays a key role in maintaining efficient and compliant job site operations.
Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate plumbing projects for commercial and industrial sites
Maintain quality control throughout all phases of work
Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations on job sites
Manage plumbing materials and inventory efficiently
Prepare and submit progress reports to the Project Manager
Blueprint Interpretation & Layout
Deep knowledge of plumbing systems, including water and sewer systems, high-efficiency fixtures, and HVAC-related plumbing.
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum 2 years’ experience in plumbing
Valid Plumbing License required; Master Plumber certification preferred
OSHA Safety Certification
Knowledge of plumbing systems and blueprint reading
