FIRST POSITION -

We're looking for an experienced LEAD DECK CARPENTER who can take charge of building decks from start to finish. This is not a helper position - you'll be leading jobs, making decisions, and ensuring high - quality work on every project.

Requirements :

*strong carpentry experience (decks required)

*ability to run a job without supervision

*Must have own basic tools

*Attention to detail and pride in your work

Pay:

*Competitive pay base on experience

*Paid per job or hourly (depending on experience)

SECOND POSITION :

General Crew Member -

Job Description :

We're hiring a versatile crew member who can work across multiple parts of the business - help with decks, fences, and also prep, power washing, staining, and sealing.

Responsibilities:

*assist with deck and fence construction

*Prep surfaces for staining / sealings

*stain & seal decks, fences, log homes

*float between crews depending on workload and need
