Service Technician

Job Description

Responsibilities:

Install and service food processing machines

Build sub-assemblies where required

Answer customer service calls.

Qualifications:

Hydraulic and mechanical system experience required

Ability to understand hydraulic, electrical and mechanical diagrams required

Background in electrical control circuits (AC high voltage/DC-low voltage) required

Able to perform mechanical component assemblies required

Good trouble shooting skills

Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel

Good internal and external communication skills

Travel throughout North America for service repair and machine installations

Average 20-30% travel

Minimal weekend travel may be required

Required:

Minimum 3 years' experience in similar fields

Maintain valid driver's license and Passport

Pre-employment drug and alcohol test

Pre-employment criminal background check

Company Description

This is a full-time position (40 hrs./wk), with normal hours from 8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday-Friday. Occasional overtime may be required. Rarely will Team Members be required to work weekends.
