UIG Tanks Nationwide Travel (90%+)
We are seeking an experienced Construction Foreman – Industrial Field Construction to lead and oversee the successful execution of bolted storage tank and foundation projects across the United States.
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for managing a crew of 6–15 field personnel, coordinating with General Contractors and subcontractors, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
The ideal candidate is a strong team leader, bilingual (Spanish/English), highly organized, and capable of representing UIG Tanks professionally in the field while protecting company interests.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise daily field operations on active industrial job sites
Act as the primary liaison between UIG Tanks, General Contractors, and subcontractors
Enforce strict compliance with OSHA regulations, safety policies, and company standards
Plan, coordinate, and execute work to meet project schedules and quality expectations
Motivate, direct, and develop crew members to maximize productivity and teamwork
Train and mentor field employees, ensuring proper techniques and procedures
Maintain accurate daily reports, time tracking, and photographic documentation
Proactively identify and resolve field issues to prevent delays or cost impacts
Coordinate logistics, materials, and equipment for efficient project execution
Required Qualifications
Proven experience as a Foreman or Superintendent in:
Bolted storage tank installation (preferred)
Industrial construction or structural steel
Concrete foundation work
Strong understanding of industrial construction practices and field challenges
Demonstrated ability to lead crews and manage fast-paced, travel-based projects
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and project stakeholders
Strong organizational and time management skills
Experience managing multiple projects and detailed reporting requirements
Valid driver’s license
OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain)
